A CENTRIFUGAL CASTING APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A WHEEL IN THE VEHICLE

To provide a centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing automobile wheels, wherein slide cores are transported to the outside along with products to secure sufficient cooling time of the slide cores after casting the wheels, and the slide cores are united with each other and mounted on upper and lower molds after discharging the products. The centrifugal casting apparatus for manufacturing automobile wheels comprises: a mold body frame(1); an upper mold(2) which is installed in the mold body frame to take charge of an upper part of a model for a product(100), and in the upper side of which a molten metal inflow space(2a) is formed; a lower mold(3) which takes charge of a lower part of the model for the product and is separated from the upper mold; a pair of slide cores(4) which take charge of a side part of the model for the product in the state that the slide cores are separated from the upper and lower molds, and on the outer surface of which grooves for attachment and detachment(4a) are formed; a hopper(7) connected to the molten metal inflow space of the upper mold to inject molten metal into the molten metal inflow space from the outside; a rotary means to which the lower mold is fixed and supported to rotate the lower mold; a lifting means lifted and lowered to lift the product, the upper mold and the slide cores by separating the upper mold and the slide cores together with the product from the lower mold after completing casting of the automobile wheels; separation means installed at both side parts of the upper mold to separate the slide cores from the upper mold; a transport means installed at one side of the mold body frame to transport the slide cores and the product separated through the separation means as the transport means is being rotated and moved straightly; and a deodorizing means for deodorizing the product by separating the product from the slide cores positioned on the transport means.
