A surrounding device for eliminating front left and right blind spots in moving a vehicle in and out is provided to prevent collision or accident by capturing surrounding vehicles and conditions through a screen with a micro-camera in a lower corner of a headlamp. A micro-camera is installed in a headlamp or a bumper of a vehicle, and a subject angle of the micro-camera is over 135 angular degrees. A subject is transmitted on a screen and detected by a driver. A visual field is obtained, and collision is prevented by gaining left and right rear visual fields through sideview mirrors. The diameter of the micro-camera is 1 to 4 mm, and the subject angle of the micro-camera is adjusted by pushing a button in a driver's seat. The screen is installed in a vehicle room, and used for a GPS(Global Positioning System) by modifying a channel. Collision is prevented in changing a lane by watching left and right rear sides through the micro-camera while entering a main road.
