An organic electro-luminescence display device is provided to reduce the number and the area of dark pixels and improve a display characteristic by forming a cathode with a plurality of layers having a resistance reduction layer and forming a protection layer on the cathode. One or more than one layers are formed between an anode(22) and a cathode(27) of an organic electro-luminescence display device. The cathode(27) is formed with a plurality of layers including an electron injection layer and a resistance reduction layer. The resistance reduction layer is formed with an alloy including Al of 90at% to 99.1at%. The resistance reduction layer includes one of Nd, Gd, and Er of 0.1 to 10at%.
