A cover device for preventing the outflow of an offensive odor is provided to improve production and assembly efficiency of a cover module by slidably opening and closing the cover module curved toward an upside of a reservoir, to smoothly drain water at an upper part of the cover device, and to prevent the cover device from drooping. A cover device for covering a reservoir(500) comprises plural cover modules formed in a double-layer at a predetermined interval to cover an opened side of the reservoir. The cover module is composed of upper and lower covers(100,200), which are curved to an upper side of the reservoir in a width direction. The upper and lower covers comprise a single cover plate and arc and cross struts installed in width and longitudinal directions, respectively, to prevent the cover plate from drooping. In addition, the cover device has a moving unit having a roller unit(208) freely rotated to move the cover module in the longitudinal direction of the reservoir and a roller rail(507) contacted with the roller unit to guide a progressive path.
