A composition comprising Solanum nigrum Linne and a method for treating foot disease using the same composition are provided, which composition is useful for treatment of foot disease including keratosis and athlete's foot(water eczema). The composition for treatment of foot disease comprises Solanum nigrum Linne juice, wherein the Solanum nigrum Linne juice is prepared by pulverizing Solanum nigrum Linne, packaging the Solanum nigrum Linne juice, and rapidly freezing it; and the foot disease is keratosis or athlete's foot(water eczema). The method for treating foot disease comprises dissolving the composition comprising the frozen Solanum nigrum Linne juice, and contacting the composition with foots for 2 hours.
