A pedal-driven type kickboard is provided to promote balanced physical development by advancing through rotation regardless of normal and reverse directions, to promote enlargement of users by doubling safety and enlargement, and to function as a two-speed transmission by differentiating a velocity ratio in normal driving and reversal driving together with continuous power transmission. A pedal-driven type kickboard has a frame(20) constituting a body; a handle(10) installed to the front end of the frame in a state capable of controlling a direction; a rear wheel(30) installed to the rear end of the frame; and a mudguard(80) providing braking force to the rear wheel. A front wheel(11) rotating is arranged to the lower end of the handle, and the rear wheel rotates while supporting load together with the front wheel. The pedal-driven type kickboard comprises power generation parts installed to sides of the frame, to generate power by rotation of a pedal(60) and a crank arm(61); a speed increase part formed as a gear to increase rpm(revolutions per minute) of power generated from the power generation part; a direction conversion part comprising a latch device, chain gears(70), and a chain(71), to convert a rotation direction into a direction regardless of the normal and reverse directions of the power generation part; a gear case(40) covering the speed increase part and the direction conversion part; a power transmission unit comprising a sprocket transmitting power of the power conversion part to the rear wheel; and a fastening mechanism(90) combining components.
