A terminal where an arousal induction program is stored, a system and a method for servicing the arousal induction program by using a communication network are provided to generate frequencies which can induce an arousal reaction as sound source data in melody type, and to supply the programmed sound data to a user terminal, so that the user terminal can output various sound sources which can induce the arousal reaction by executing an arousal reaction program. A wireless receiver and a transmitter(30,40) are used for communicating with a communication system. An MSM(50) processes signals inputted or outputted to the receiver and the transmitter(30,40). A controller(570) includes an operating system(571) for controlling an overall operation of the MSM(50), and a virtual machine(572) for executing an independent code. A user interface transmits a user command to the controller(570). A speaker(60) and an earphone jack(80) output a voice signal to a user. An arousal induction program storage(120) randomly arrays plural sound source data according to drowsy state steps of the user to packetize the data into one packet, and sequentially/repeatedly outputs the packetized data.
