FIELD: wrapping equipment, particularly for wrapping articles, or quantities of material, by conveying wrapper and contents in defined paths. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves the first packing stage, the first feeding stage, the second packing stage, discharge stage and the second feeding stage. The first feeding stage includes wrapping cigarette packs with sheets of packing material in film-wrapping machine. The first feeding stage involves successive moving packs exiting from film-wrapping machine to feeding conveyer of machine for placing cigarette packs in cardboard boxes. The second packing stage includes packing cigarette packs in cardboard boxes. Discharge stage involves removing rejected packs from machine for placing cigarette packs in cardboard boxes. The second feeding state includes moving rejected packs to machine for placing cigarette packs in boxes by means of feeding conveyer. Device to perform above method is also disclosed. Device comprises connected in series film wrapping machine and machine for placing cigarette packs in cardboard boxes. Film-wrapping machine has packing means to perform cigarette packs wrapping with corresponding sheets of wrapping material. Machine for placing cigarette packs in boxes comprises feeding conveyer for moving cigarette packs exiting from film-wrapping machine, outlet pipeline for rejected packs and feeding means for rejected packs transportation to machine for placing cigarette packs in boxes for reprocessing thereof. Feeding means includes outlet to feed rejected packs to machine for placing cigarette packs in boxes with the use of feeding conveyer. ^ EFFECT: increased operating speed and output. ^ 17 cl, 1 dwg |
