摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a comparative test with high-precision concerning an object article which is not observed as a whole only by one plane. SOLUTION: A comparative verifier includes: an initial position setting part 111 for acquiring a picked-up image by an electronic camera 109 and a planar graphic to be generated from three-dimensional CAD data concerning the reference part of the object article 110; an initial position verifying part 112 for initially setting both the positions of the picked-up image and the planar graphic, so as to allow both the graphics to coincide by not less than a certain relevance ratio; a verifying position setting part 116 for acquiring the picked-up image and the planar graphic concerning a plurality of verifying parts of the object article 110; and an each part comparative verifying part 117 for determining whether the picked-up image and the planar graphic of each verifying part are coincident by not less than a certain relevance ratio, finely adjusting the position of the planar graphic to be acquired within a certain range in the case of noncoincidence, defining a verifying result as compatibility in the verifying part when both the graphics are coincident by not less than the relevance ratio after fine adjustment, and defining the verifying result as incompatibility in the verifying part in the case of noncoincidence by not less than the relevance ratio.
