CUTOFF METHOD FOR JOINT FOR STEEL SHEET PILE AND IMPERVIOUS STEEL SHEET-PILE WALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff method for a joint for a steel sheet pile capable of constructing an impervious wall having excellent cutoff properties by utilizing the steel sheet pile having a recessed groove in the pawl bottom section of the joint for the steel sheet pile in a cross section view. SOLUTION: The steel sheet pile, to which the recessed groove 4 filled with a water sealing material is formed, is driven and fitted on the internal surface side of the pawl bottom section of the joint 3 in the cross section view. A pipe 6 for an injection for injecting the water sealing material is inserted into the recessed groove 4 of the pawl bottom section.
