PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unlock at one time by an exchanging work of cells after non operation state owing to deterioration of cell voltage. SOLUTION: The voltage of the cells 4 gets down to a specified voltage or lower, after an electric lock is operated by a specified number of locking and unlocking motions, CPU 213 makes the electric lock inoperable. In this condition, electric supply from the cell 4 to the control circuit 2 is stopped, the CPU 213 is reset and electricity is again supplied from the cell 4 to the control circuit 2, thereafter, a signal instructing unlocking action from the remote controller key 1 is transmitted, as it is received, only one unlocking motion instruction is actuated.
