PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the processing of a high quality work and to prolong the service life of a cam follower arm. SOLUTION: In a negative angle forming die, a lower die for laying the work of a metal-made thin plate on a supporting part and an upper die for forming the work by descending in the straight line direction to the lower die and bumping against the work, are constituted, and a entered forming part entering from a locus of the upper die, is formed at the edge part near the supporting part , and after forming, the rotary cam is rotation-retreated with an automatic returning-tool so as to take off the formed work from the lower die. Respective supporting shafts are protruded from both ends of the rotary cam and the supporting shafts are held to the lower die and the rotary cam is arranged so as to be freely rotated, and the central part of the arm is fixed to the supporting shaft, and a guide plate is interposed between the tip end part of the arm and a piston rod in a cylinder arranged in the lower die, and connected so as to abut on the roller supported with the guide plates as both holding-state on a driver arranged in the upper die.
