PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplying means of a power source and signals mounted on a helmet for securing the safety of a driver of a two-wheeled vehicle such as a motor cycle or a motor scooter. SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 69 is mounted on a helmet 60 of the driver of the motor cycle 1, and a cord 61 is extended from the light-emitting device 69. A power input and operation signals of the light-emitting device 69 are secured by branching the wiring 11 of a motor cycle body, and wiring the terminal of the branched body wiring to a slot 13 formed in a brake lamp 10, and connecting a plug 62 at the tip of the cord of the light-emitting device 69.
