<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct more thorough searches on an information database, and to display the similar ranges of the search results in an easy-to-understand manner. <P>SOLUTION: When data searches are conducted on an information search server 105 having a database 105a storing a plurality of information contents, the meta data of all or some of the contents are accumulated in the accumulating part 102c of a PC 102. The meta data are converted into weighting parameters by a control part 102a. The weighting parameters are applied to the search result data so as to cluster the similar ranges of the search data in steps.
