摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor by which the reduction of copper losses, the reduction of oscillations/noises, and the improvement of the motor efficiency can be realized, and which has a higher freedom degree of a shape; and to obtain a method for manufacturing the motor by which the productivity can be improved and the working costs can be reduced. SOLUTION: At least a part of the stator core of the motor is composed by molding by injecting a mixed material of a soft magnetic powder material and a resin into a die. When the axial length at the tip 1a of the teeth of the stator core is set as A, the axial length at the teeth 1b as B, and the axial length at a core back as C, it is set to A≥C>B. The shape of the teeth 1b of the stator core is made into a nearly longer elliptical shape in the rotating axis direction. The injection molding is executed with the mixed material of the soft magnetic powder material and the resin by applying an oriented magnetic field.
