PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with a further rationally constituted tank. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises a tube 200 for passing a medium and a tank 400 connected to an end of the tube, in which the medium performs heat exchange with the heat transferred to the tube. The tank comprises a first tank member 410 and a second tank member 420 which are integrated to each other to form a tubular body, and a partitioning member 430 arranged between the first tank member and the second tank member to partition the inner part of the tubular body. The first tank member comprises a hole part 411 for inserting the end of the tube, and a protruding part 421 is provided on the inner surface of either the first tank member or the second tank member. The protruding part has an abutment part 421a to abut on the other of the first tank member and the second tank member, and a second abutment part 421b to abut on the partitioning member.
