PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand truck moving a semi-heavy article to a predetermined position with man power, and finely carrying out work by moving the semi-heavy article in a vertical direction using a motor. SOLUTION: On a frame 2a comprising right and left wheels 7a and a grip portion 4 for hand-pushing on an upper part, a hoisting/lowering table 10 is provided so as to move vertically. A wire 19a is wound up by rotating a winch drum 13 through a chain 15 by a hoisting/lowering motor 17 with a worm gear 16 driven by a buttery power source, thereby the hoisting/lowering table 10 is hoisted/lowered.
