<p>This invention provides a hair styling appliance including a first handle (10) and a second handle (15) connected together at a junction (30). A glass working surface (20,25) is provided on one or both of the handles (10,15) opposite the junction (30) and a heater (85) in at least one of the handles (10,15) for heating the glass working surface(s) (20,25). The working surfaces (20,25) may be planar or may be non-planar surfaces which matingly engage each other , e.g. wave-shaped.</p> |
