CONTINUOUSLY MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FUNCTIONAL MEMBRANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a continuously manufacturing method for a functional membrane as enables to obtain continuously and well-efficiently the functional membrane in which a functional polymer is filled in fine pores of a porous resinous sheet.

SOLUTION: The continuously manufacturing method for a functional membrane comprises a process of impregnating to adhere a polymer precursor (2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid or the like) having a functional group onto a continuously-carried porous resinous sheet ( a porous polyethylene sheet or the like); a polymerizing process of continuously supplying and contacting a first resinous film and a second resinous film (each, a polyester film or the like) onto the one side surface and the other side surface of said sheet that is impregnated and adhered with the polymer precursor into the porous resinous sheet, and then of polymerizing the polymer precursor (by irradiation of an active energy ray or the like) in the state of holding said sheet between two sheets of the resinous films; a film-removing process; and a polymer-removing process.
