PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding device which can feed an adequate amount of oil into a load path without increasing sliding resistance with a simple improvement, and which is low at costs, and excellent in practicability and maintainability. SOLUTION: In the sliding device, a sliding body 2 is installed to slide to a shaft 1, a load path 3 is installed between the shaft 1 and the sliding body 2, a plurality of rolling bodies 4 are arranged in the load path 3, and the rolling bodies 4 are formed to roll and move on the load path 3 as the sliding body 2 slides and moves. An oil retainer 5 for retaining oil is installed between the shaft 1 and the sliding body 2. In the oil retainer 5, there is installed an oil feeder 6, which is brought in contact with the rolling body 4 rolling and moving on the load path 3 to feed oil to the rolling body 4, and formed of a flexible material.
