PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a release control medicine composition and a use method for the composition. SOLUTION: This release control medicine composition comprises at least one active ingredient and an inactive matrix, where the inactive matrix comprises chitosan and a derivative thereof and further contains a hydrophilic polysaccharide polymer selected from the group consisting of carbohydrate gum, particularly xanthan gum.
