PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor wherein the number of accesses to an external memory at a low access speed is reduced when executing a drawing process with CPU resources, thereby enhancing CPU performance. SOLUTION: One chip is provided with: a CPU for interpreting data from a host device and execute the drawing process for developing the interpreted data; a built-in memory for storing the developed data from the CPU; and a transferring means for transferring the data stored in the built-in memory to the external memory for storing.
