<p>A sealing device (400) comprises an elongate elastomeric sealing strip (320) with an integrally associated elastomeric fixing element (330). A plurality of individual resilient clips (40) are mechanically held in said fixing element (330), which has a channel (350) defined by a first and a second side wall (360, 370) with an intermediate base section (380). The clip (40) has a central web portion (120) and first and second lateral flanges (130, 140). The central web portion (120) has at least one shoulder (180, 190) adjacent one of said lateral flanges (130, 140). An indention (362, 372) secures the clip (40) in the fixing element (330) by blocking said shoulder (180, 190) from moving out of the channel (350). The clip (40) is arranged within the channel (350) of the fixing clement (330) with said first and second lateral flanges (130, 140) being in contiguous contact with said first and second side walls (360, 370), respectively.</p> |
