METHOD FOR OBTAINING USER DATA TO BE TRANSMITTED TO NETWORK SIDE, AND RADIO CONTROL BASE STATION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining user data to be transmitted to a network side with which a delay can be minimized by simplifying processing for selecting and compositing optimal user data from user data including transport blocks transmitted from the same mobile terminal.

SOLUTION: The method for obtaining user data to be transmitted to a network side includes the steps of: digitizing a plurality of parameters in a protocol used to transmit user data; integrating the plurality of digitized parameters to find the value of an evaluation parameter; selecting optimal transport blocks on the basis of the found value of the evaluation parameter; and compositing the selected optimal transport blocks to obtain the user data to be transmitted to the network side.
