<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector for a flat cable free from falling or losing its posture at the time of suction for automatic suction conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: The connector has a pressuring member 40 movable between an opening position forming a space to allow insertion of a connecting part of a flat cable F into an opening 33 of a housing and a closing position to press the cable F to contact parts 21D1, 22D1 by a pressuring part 47. The pressuring member 40 has a suction part 45 turning upward for suction conveyance of the connector by a suction member B when positioning at the opening position and a supported part 44 capable of being contacted and supported by the housing while maintaining the opening position of the pressuring member 40 when contact force is applied to the suction part 45 from above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
