PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cross key unit which has no gap although it requires an opening because of its structure for operation, excellent in dust-proof property, drip-proof property, and electromagnetic wave shielding property. SOLUTION: The cross key switch has a plurality of functions operated by tilting the cross key. A conductive sheet member 2 capable of deformation is arranged at the bottom of the cross key 1 and operated together with the cross key 1, and a metal thin plate B5 which pressure contacts the conductive sheet member 2 to a base 7 holding the cross key unit is provided, and the base 7 is grounded. When the lower part of the cross key 1 is pushed, the cross key 1 is tilted with a center at the movable part of a tact switch 8, and the conductive member 2 and the metal thin plate A3 are also tilted accompanied by it at the contact section, but since the conductive member 2 is fixed to the base 7 by the metal thin plate B5, dust-proof property, drip-proof property, and electromagnetic wave shielding property of the cross key unit part are maintained.
