PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel detergent for removing stain of fiber which is not inflammable, does not give any bad effect on a fiber material, is good in storage in summer and workability, can sufficiently remove an oil and fat, a dust, or the like sticking to the fiber, and has a stain-removing performance similar to 1,1,1-trichloroethane.
