PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate seating of an occupant on a center seat when sliding the center seat to position between front seats in a vehicular seat in which the center seat arranged between right and left rear seats is slidable to between the right and left front seats. SOLUTION: A preventive means to prevent seating of an occupant on a center seat CS when the center seat CS is slidingly brought between right and left front seats DS and AS is provided on the center seat or on a vehicle.
