PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated plate with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the upper one surface for tying other hair to natural hair so as to readily perform the hair increase by oneself without requiring a specific place or technique. SOLUTION: The other hair (2) in a state of tying by pulling both ends is applied to a pressure-sensitive adhesive part and mounted on the perforated plate (3) with the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the upper one surface. The plate (3) is fixed to a part where the hair is to be increased and the one natural hair (1) is drawn out from a hole (5) of the plate (3) with a crochet needle (4), etc., applied and fixed to the pressure-sensitive adhesive part of the plate (3).
