PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic-mechanical transmission capable of improving the power transmitting efficiency by preventing the generation of power loss based on volume efficiency, mechanical efficiency, fluid pressure loss and the like at a fluid power transmitting part. SOLUTION: A mechanical direct-coupled region can be set for performing the power transmission from an input shaft 3 to an output shaft (intermediate output shaft 8) only by a planetary gear mechanism 9, and a lock clutch 36, a communication valve 37 and the like are mounted as means for preventing the flowage of pressure oil at a hydraulic transmitting part in the mechanical direct-coupled region.
