PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet improved with a structure of a helmet impact-absorbing liner, capable of improving the close adhesion of the impact-absorbing liner with a head, and also a head part-fitting structure of the impact absorbing liner having a light weight. SOLUTION: This helmet is provided by having standing thin rod like projections 22 facing to the surface 18 of an interior pad side from the bottom part 21 of the impact-absorbing liner 12, which hit the head part 74 by changing their falling directions and angles so as to complement the gaps with the head part 74 and closely attaching by fitting with the shape of the head part 74 of a wearing person. By standing rod like projections 22 at the interior pad side surface 18, the rod like projections 22 hit the head part 74 on wearing the helmet 10 and can perform the fitting with the head part 74 without having incompatibility by falling the part of the rod like projections 22.
