PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency (output sound pressure) of a miniaturized electroacoustic transducer mainly used for a portable telephone or the like. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer is obtained by fixing an edge stand 7c of a projector 7b so as to cover a frame 1b and enlarging a diaphragm 4a up to a place where a small gap 5a is formed from the inwall of the edge stand 7c of the protector 7b. In the constitution, the electroacoustic transducer capable of increasing the effective oscillation area of the diaphragm 4a and improving efficiency (output sound pressure) can be provided.
