SERVICE LIFE DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE OF DIGITAL PROTECTIVE RELAY, SERVICE LIFE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AND SERVICE LIFE DIAGNOSTIC METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose a remaining service life of an electrolytic capacitor used for a digital protective relay. SOLUTION: A thermocouple or a sensor net module is installed on the electrolytic capacitor used for the digital protective relay 10, and measured environmental temperature data are transmitted to a service life diagnostic device 40 through a base station module 20 and a communication network 30. The service life diagnostic device 40 preserves the transmitted environmental temperature data and performs an operation expression defined by the Arrhenius' law based on the past temperature history, and thereby diagnoses the remaining service life of the electrolytic capacitor used for the digital protective relay 10, and provides information for preventive maintenance to a maintenance worker.
