A vibration reducing device of a steering wheel is provided to utilize enough space in a hub and steeply improve vibration reducing efficiency of the steering wheel by suppressing the steering wheel vibration generated by idle of an engine through an inflator constituting a driver-seat airbag module. A vibration reducing device of a steering wheel comprises an inflator(30) forming a driver-seat airbag module; an inflator housing(40) weld-combined with the inflator to receive the inflator inside thereof; a cylindrical damper member(50) contacted and weld-combined on the inflator housing; and a floor plate member(60) contacted and weld-combined on bottom side of the damper member and combined with a wheel cover through plural bolts. The inflator housing comprises a housing cap part(41) surrounding the inflator front side toward the wheel cover and having an inner peripheral surface to be contacted and weld-combined on outer periphery surface of the inflator; a flange slope part(43) extended from a rim of the housing cap part to have an angle of outward inclination from the outer periphery surface of the inflator; and a flange level part(45) extended from the flange slope part, side-contacted, and weld-combined on the damper member.
