PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest with a leather cover as a cover material, capable of inhibiting deterioration of the quality caused by the loss of tension of the leather cover or the looseness or creases formed in the leather cover. SOLUTION: A foaming synthetic resin 15 is injected into the cover material 12 with a headrest stay 14 inserted into the bag-shaped cover material 12 to foam the headrest. The cover material 12 consists of the leather cover 12a and an elastic slab 12b jointed to the inner side of the leather cover 12a.
