摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method wherein an electrostatic driving type inkjet head constituted by laminating and joining three plates together can be manufactured by shortening a lead time and using a small number of man-hours. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the inkjet head 1 with a structure wherein a nozzle plate 2, a cavity plate 3 and a glass plate 4 are laminated and joined together, a temperature profile for an anode joining process is set as a temperature profile suitable for an adhesion and joining process, so that the adhesion and joining process, wherein the nozzle plate 2 and the cavity plate 3 are joined together by using low-melting glass, and the anode joining process, wherein the cavity plate 3 and the glass plate 4 are joined together by anode joining, can be concurrently performed.
