PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat having a table with greatly improved merchantability, and prevented from the separation between a dressing surface and a table surface constituting the table, even if an occupant on a rear seat bumps against the table in use. SOLUTION: The table 14 is formed of the dressing surface 17 opposed to the rear seat in its stored state and the table surface 18 having a table function in a fully opened state, into a shell shape. A plurality of projecting claw parts 22 projecting from one of the dressing surface 17 and the table surface 18, and a plurality of engagement parts 23 projecting from the other of the dressing surface and the table surface are engaged and supported to each other; and interpositions 24 are supported on the inside 21a of the dressing surface 17 between parts which are constituted by being formed with the claw parts 22 and the engagement parts 23.
