PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device to which an added circuit module can be easily attached/detached even when the device is arranged on a position of which the spaces from peripheral objects are narrow. SOLUTION: A card loading connector installed in the electronic device and allowed to be loaded with a radio LAN card 22 is constituted so as to be vertically rotated. A proximity sensor 34 is formed on the rear of the device and a proximity detection part 36 detects the proximity of the rear of the device to a wall on the basis of an output from the proximity sensor 34. When the rear of the device approaches the wall, a control part 44 controls a driving part 42 to rotate the radio LAN card 22 from a position faced to the rear of the device to a position faced to the vertically upper part.
