A low power solenoid valve controlling apparatus is provided, thereby reducing heat generation of the solenoid valve and the consumed power by lowering a certain voltage level after a certain time of power supplying for opening/closing the solenoid valve. The low power solenoid valve controlling apparatus containing a solenoid operating circuit(200) to control fluid flow comprises a main circuit(100) which controls operation of the total circuit, lowers voltage to be supplied to the solenoid valve through the circuit to a predetermined voltage value after a predetermined time of power supplying, and has a timer; a power control output portion(210) which linearly and step-likely increases power through a resistance and a capacity connected to the resistance in parallel; and a solenoid operation portion(220) comprises the gate stage of an electric field effect transistor connected to the power control output portion(210), a diode serially connected to the drain stage of the electric field effect transistor, a solenoid coil, resistance and light emitting diode which are connected to the diode in parallel, and a power supplying portion connected to the light emitting diode.
