A multi-functional color model-paper is provided to be used various kinds of decorations and children materials by varying the size and thickness of the color model-paper according to preferences of users. A knife mark(15) for separating and various models(14) are formed on a multi-functional color model-paper(10). An adhesive(11) is applied on a rear portion of the multi-functional color model-paper. A release paper(12) protects the adhesive. The size and thickness of the color model-paper are varied according to preferences of users. The various models are drawn on a rear surface(13) of the release paper. Plural graphs are drawn on the rear surface of the rear portion so that the multi-functional color model-paper is to be used as a ruler.
