A tail gate wedge of a vehicle is provided to restrict defective connection or operation caused by a friction between wall surface of a receiving part of a case and backside of an operating rubber by moving the operating rubber up and down through operating a ball bearing to contact on the wall surface of the case receiving part. A tail gate wedge of a vehicle comprises a case(100) fixed and installed on both sides of a tail gate and composed of receiving parts(110); a guide bar(200) longitudinally installed in the receiving part of the case; an operating rubber(300) guided by the guide bar and installed to move up and down of the receiving part; and an elastic spring(400) moving the operating rubber downward to the original position while opening the tail gate, after elevating the operating rubber above the receiving part. A ball bearing(500) is installed at rear side of the operating rubber contacting on the wall surface of the receiving part of the case.
