A clock having a figure plate is provided to apply a specific design to the clock in such a manner that the specific design varies according to viewing angles without deforming a shape of the clock. A clock having a figure plate includes a frame(10) forming an external appearance of the clock. A power supply unit and a rotating shaft(21) are installed in the frame(10). An hour hand is attached to the rotating shaft(21). The figure plate(7) having a time figure(71) and a notched mark is coupled to the rotating shaft(21). A reference hand(8) is attached to an upper portion of the frame(10). A window is formed at an upper portion of the frame(10). The window is partially covered with a cover having a cutting section.
