An image display and a display panel thereof are provided to compensate a threshold voltage of a driving transistor and also to prevent the flow of unnecessary current in the display. The display panel of an image display includes a plurality of data lines transferring a data voltage, and a plurality of scan lines transferring a selection signal, and a plurality of pixel circuits formed on a pixel region defined by two adjacent data lines and two adjacent scan lines. According to the pixel circuit, a display device(OLED) displays an image in correspondence to the intensity of an applied current. A capacitor(Cst) is formed between a main electrode and a control electrode of the first transistor(M1) which outputs a current corresponding to a voltage between the main electrode and the control electrode. A control electrode of the second transistor(M2) is connected to the control electrode of the first transistor. And a first switching device is connected to the main electrode of the second transistor, and transfers the data voltage from the data line to the second transistor in response to the selection signal from the present scan line. The channels of the first and the second transistors are formed in parallel to the scan line.
