Provided is fire extinguishing device attachable to water service pipe for emergency. The pressure needed for fire extinguishing is offered by the water pressure from faucets, eliminating problems of maintenance and the cost of an ordinary fire extinguisher. Water inside is circulated to prevent staling. The fire extinguisher comprises: space for water and water inlet on the top to allow the inside pressure; an inlet connector part(30) which seals the extinguisher vessel(20) when the inlet is attached to and detached from the faucet(10); a fire extinguishing hose(40) which is located at the top and releases inside pressure by opening a valve(42); and a flow blocking unit equipped at the inlet connector part(30) for closing the inlet of the fire extinguisher.
