A measuring and dispensing container is provided to store, measure and distribute a content by use of one integrated container and reduce manufacturing cost. The measuring and dispensing container includes a measuring container in the upper part and a storing container in the lower part. The measuring container includes a calibrated separate storing portion(14) for receiving the content of the storing container, a packing member(101) at the lower part, an inserting portion(11) at the inner circumference of the lower part to be coupled with the storing container, one or more inlets(13) for receiving content from the storing container, and an outlet(15) and a double stopper(16) in the upper part. The storing container includes a cylindrical neck portion having a constant caliber, a ring-shaped guide recess(24) having a constant caliper for guiding ring-shaped protrusion of the measuring container, an upper protruding portion and a lower protruding portion.
