FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: on should prepare tobacco followed by its extracting with a non-polar extracting agent in supercritical state and water at isolating the extracts. An aqueous extract should be concentrated to direct it to be mixed with supercritical tobacco extract and a filler. As a filler on should apply ashes, lime, vegetable oil, an extract obtained after extracting Pythium coloratum micromycete biomass with a non-polar extracting agent in supercritical state, a solid residue obtained after subsequent extracting the biomass with water, alkali, water, acid and water, and pectin. The mixture should be prepared at the preset ratio of components. The innovation enables to decrease the losses of nicotine and fragrance-forming substances and obtain the target product of balanced composition and organoleptic properties being similar to conventional oily product. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. ^ 1 ex |
