The mechanism has a driving wheel (10) activated by the movement of a watch, a cam ring (16) coupled to a hand (18), and a lever (11) having a gear (15). Another lever (21), impulse finger (27) and a movable disconnector (28) cyclically places the lever (11) in two positions. The disconnector is activated by the movement of the watch at the rate of turn per day/hour. The hand indicates day, hour and minute.
