The system has a transmitter unit (2) to send an electrical power signal with voltage and/or intensity greater than maximum supply voltage and/or intensity of an information processing equipment. A converter (18) is inserted between the unit (2) and the equipment. The converter receives and delivers the signal presenting voltage and intensity in determined operating ranges to the equipment.
