HOT PLATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture hot plate smooth in transferring heat from a heater to a heating plate and relatively easy in the exchange of the heater. SOLUTION: A hot plate is constructed by forming a groove 2 on the surface of a metal heating plate and disposing a stripe-shaped heater 3 in the groove 2. A metal material 6 is filled in the groove 2 receiving the heater 3 so as to fill a gap between the groove 2 and the heater 3. The heater 3 is received in the groove 3 formed on the surface of the metallic heating plate 1 and transformable metallic material 6a and 6b are put in the groove 2. The metallic material 6a and 6b are transformed by pressure in the groove 2 to fill the gap between the wall of the groove 2 and heater 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
