PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire/wheel assembly improving run-flat durability by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the tire/wheel assembly, a run-flat supporting element 3 is inserted in a hollow portion of a pneumatic tire 2 so as to be coaxial with a rim 1. On an inner peripheral surface of the pneumatic tire 2, a holding groove 10 for lubricant L so as to oppose to at least top portions 4a, 4b of the run-flat supporting element 3.
